I know that some of you from this anemia board have mentioned that you also have had the capsule endoscopy. I had mine last Thursday, and today is Saturday. Just curious as to how long it took for you to expell the camera? As far as I could see, I haven't gotten rid of my camera yet. The nurse said to call on Monday if I hadn't expelled it by then. Could I have missed it or does it take this long? Last night I was up ALL night with yellow diarrhea. It was runny so I think that I would have seen it. I feel like I still have that enema in me!
Thanks!

As far as I know I passed the camera the night after the endoscopy. I had a regular bowel movement and I saw something white in it and just assumed that was the camera. I have felt fine since. I did not have to do an enema. Are you having any pain or discomfort? If not and if you have had BMs I would assume that it has passed. Let me know what happens. Good luck with the results.

I have had two capsule endoscopy done, and both times the capsule was expelled in the follow bm. I would contact your doctors if you still feel it is still in you, they can do an x-ray to find out.
