Hi all!

Had a wonderful weekend at my sisters farm. The kids are passed out right now! They ran and played and rode the horses. I got spoiled by my sister, she colored/high lighted my hair today, feeling like a new woman!!

Sleeping on a different bed was probably the hardest part. I was very achy in the mornings and had to take my meds right away. But I did alot of walking on the property with all the kidlets and had such a great time. I am praying that I won't feel it tomorrow and plan to have a take it easy day, just in case.

It's amazing, I had read on one of the posts here that right around the 6 week post op point I should feel quite a bit better, it will be 6 weeks tomorrow!

So, just updating as I said I would. Will read more of y'alls posts tomorrow.

How wonderful for you to have gotten such great treatment from your sister and have a good time as well.

Take it easy, and just remember, as your body starts to heal and your feeling better, that you are still healing and don't want to pay for it later. Take care and have your rest day now.

What a wonderful weekend, sounds great! Yesterday there was Rome marathon.....no, no, no...I didn't run, but I walked a lot and then I wasn't able to find a taxi,as I usually do...walk downtown and back by taxi, as the whole City was on a mess!!! So I HAD to go back home walking, I was very worried, I thought I could not get out of bed today! And then...a miracle, no pain, just some muscle stiffness, but today complete rest...hope you have a nice book to read and to enjoy your rest day as I do!

That is wonderful that you had a great weekend with your sister and family. Today be very careful and let everyone wait on you. It is so easy to overdo it and have a set back at this point. Not that I am talking from experience or anything. :rolleyes:

That sounds so cool, I love horses. Family and good times...thats what its all about hope you got pictures. A new hair do would sure make ya feel good, I was thinking a pedicure would help me for sure :) - hope you have a wonderful week. vette
