Out of no where I was just thinking about birth control after I seen a commercial for it. Then I thought about the sugar pills a woman takes during her period.

Okay fine. What if the woman is diabetic? Can diabetic women take birth control? Is there really sugar in the "blank" pill (code named sugar pill) or is it just a filler pill to keep women on track with taking a pill every day so they don't forget?

you don't need to take them.

I am pretty sure that they don't have sugar in them. They are just filler pills so you don't forget to start your new pack. It is just what they calls pills that have no drugs in them.
