I know this topic isn't one of the more appealing, but for past five years or so I have had a huge problem with regular bowel movements and it wasn't until recently that a red flag came up. So, I bought this colon cleanser called Inner Clean and it worked for about the first five days and now it doesn't work anymore.
So, today I went to buy something else. I bought a female laxative, colon cleanser and body detox. I have also heard of Colonix.

I was wondering if there is anything else I could do.

Fiber is your best bet. Eat tons of fruit and veggies, or take it in supplement form. Drink plenty of water too. Stay away from laxatives. They can hurt, more than they can help...

Yes, agree, fiber, water, lots of fruits and veggies are all good.
Exercise is good, too.

Few other ideas: I have heard that Sunsweet's product "PlumSmart" Plum juice is helpful to get people regular. It has fiber, magnesium and potassium in it, plus other nutrients. You can buy this in the grocery store in the juice aisle.

Traditional Medicinals has a tea called "Smooth Move" that you could try.

Natural vitality has a powdered magnesium supplement called Natural Calm that restores healthy magnesium levels thereby helping with your bowel movements. Dissolves very easily in water, no taste. Find this at your health food store.

Hope this is helpful to you. Let me know what works for you.
Good luck. :)
