I just found the product Colonix online, by Dr. Natura and was very amazed/disgusted/nervous about all the testamonials on the site, and after a a little bit of research on the product I reverted back to our good old HealthBoards. I wanted to find real testamonials, and it seems that people have posted with some positive results. I was considering trying out the product though the price is kind of steep. I was wondering though, if I was too young (20) to be worrying about something like this. I don't have IBS or constipation, but within the past year I have been developing slight problems passing bowl moments, as in more times then not it is a little difficult to 'go' and almost always seems to come out in, well little pieces (sorry to sound so disgusting!!! ), almost like a rabbit, only maybe 2x larger. Should I think about some kind of colon cleanse? Does anyone have any resent results with Colonix (the posts i found were fairly old)?

Thank you much!!

I think you just need to take a water soluble fiber supplement and drink more water daily.

For normal BMs a person needs 25 to 35 gram of fiber daily and the fiber needs to be a combination of soluble fiber and insoluble fiber.
When your Bms are passed in pieces, it usually means that you are not drinking enough water daily.

I use with excellent results Yerba Prima Psyllium Husks Powder. A large 12oz container costs $6.29. I take it before bedtime away from meals.
