I didn't know enough at my last visit to the endo, so I pressured him into testing total estrogen rather than E2.

What is a good target range for total Estrogen, and ratio of total T to total E.

I will get the E2 done at my next visit - 2 weeks.

From reading the boards I've read E should be between and 20 and 30 and total T should be 30 times your E. E=25 then T=750. Right now my E is fine at 23, but my Total T is still low at around 528. It should be 690 according to this. Also my proclactin is high at 15.9. Good Luck.

Ed's numbers are about right but are for E2 (estradiol) not total Estrogen. For total Estrogen just make sure you are not over the labs maximum normal value. E2 is much stronger than E, either 100 or 1000 times stronger (can't remember which), so is much more important if it starts getting above 30-35 pg/mL.
