Can anyone recommend effective teeth whitening strips/system/tips that won’t hurt the enamel?

Crest WhiteStrips don't hurt the enamel and they work great for people who have very stained teeth. I used them and didn't see a whole lot of difference (it was very subtle since my teeth are white anyway), but I know other people who use them and they work really well.
I guess it just depends on your teeth. My teeth have reached a certain point where they just won't whiten anymore (except maybe professionally, but I wouldn't known I've never tried that) so the strips weren't amazing... but they may work for you.
They're getting cheaper these days so they're worth a try.

Professional or laser whitening from a dentist. I've tried everything else and unless your teeth are only very, VERY lightly stained, none of that other stuff will satisfy. You'll be wasting your hard earned cash.

I tried having a proffesional teeth whitened at a dentist clinic once. The problem with this is that teeth whiten only last for 3-4 days. For me at least. And it cost me $1,000. I had to whiten my teeth back then because I used to have braces and my orthodontist didn't bother cleaning the stain away.
It's good if you have an insurance. I didn't at that time. Was it worth it? I could say yes because the hard stains are gone making it easy for you to keep your teeth looking clean.

i haven't used crest white strips in a couple of years because i got braces, but they were amazing!!! i'm sure if they changed the formula it has only improved. i don't know if it was just me, but you could see a little change in 2 days.

I know what I'm going to tell you sounds weird, but I swear it really does work. At your local Wal-mart/drugstore go to the ear wax remover aisle. There is a product called DEBROX ear wax removal. It has the same ingredients as the Crest White Strips and works beautifully. I squirt some on my toothbrush and brush as normal. After brushing, use your normal toothpaste. You WILL notice a difference in a few days. It's the proxide that whitens the teeth. I also squirt directly on my teeth and close my mouth and let it sit while I'm putting on my makeup or drying my hair. Then spit it out and brush with my regular toothpaste. Like I said, it sounds weird, but I swear it really does work!! Debrox only costs around $3-$4. Much better than $25-$40 for Whitestrips.

I've heard that if you mix baking soda and peroxide together it's supposed to make your teeth super white. I don't think I'd want to put either in my mouth, but like I said that's what I've heard.
