Three weeks ago i had renal scan because of blood in my urine, everything was okay there, though she did spot a small cyst on my right ovary (2.98cm),my worry is that i have permenant pain in my abdomen, not severe, just niggly, also my periods have become very irregular and heavy sometimes lasting three weeks, passing urine a lot, but what is really freeking me out is a slight vaginal smell which becomes foul smelling during my period getting worse towards the end and lasting some days after, it actually smells as if i am rotting inside, i am clean and shower daily, and infections have been ruled out. Can anyone give advice.
