I can't stand prune juice. Do any other juices have good laxative effects? How about cranberry juice, does that make you "go". And does drinking a lot of water really help?

Find it in the grocery store juice aisle. It has fiber, magnesium, potassium and other nutrients in it. NoSleepSeattle 03-24-2007, 12:58 AM Hi, Try Pear Juice. Some groceries sell it next to the Prune Juice. It's thick and works pretty well. If you can't find it you might be able to juice your own pears. If you really hate prune juice you can also eat 5 or 6 dried apricots. Hope this helps. Fix it right away. It's no fun to suffer the consequences of not enough fiber. gardenandcats 03-24-2007, 10:39 AM Apple cider not the juice but cider helps.. |
