I'm new to this BB. I'm 37, 5'5" and weigh 140. Most of my life I've been around 110 lbs. In the past 5 years I've gone from 100 lbs (Depression is not a diet I advise)to my current 140. About 3 weeks ago I received Winsor pilates and have been working out at least every other day, sometimes more and taking a dance lesson for an hour once a week. I've tried to modify my diet, not eating chips and fries, cut back on the soda and coffee, more fruit and veggies. The common sense diet without counting calories. I feel better, but haven't lost any weight or inches. Is the trick aerobic activity? Ideally, I think, I should be around 120-125. Any ideas?
