View Full Version : ELLIPTICAL, GLIDER OR STAIRMASTER???

I've been working using my stationary bike for years. It really helped me with the weightloss the first two times around but now that my body's so used to it, it doesn't seem to be doing much. I found the Cyclone pretty helpful but it broke down after about a year http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/frown.gif Now I'm debating whether to try a stariclimber, another elliptical or that Gazelle-type glider that everyone's talking about? I do a bit of walking every day, but I prefer fitness machines at home to a gym or jogging/biking outdoors any day! What do you all think? Any input is greatly appreciated http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif

Hello, I didn't like the stairclimber. It was too hard on my knees, so I sold it. I have a Health Rider and a recumbant bike that I love.
