hey people
I really need your help. I have this problem I'm now 96 pounds, thank God since I've been trying to gain some weight that I lost strangely after having my son, but anyway I want to gain more weight at least 10 more pounds and I've been eating allot but now that I'm getting there slowly(it has taken me a yeat to gain 8 pounds!) I see that I have a line behing my leg right under my butt it looks like it's cellulite or something I don't want that. I 've been doing squats will that help? I really dont want to work out cause I'm afraid to lose the weight and be to bony. please help me thanks karla

First, i'd say don't worry about your image so much but look to your fitness. If you're healthy at 96 lbs then be happy with that. As for squats to remove potential build-up at your butt, many will say and have said many times before: You cannot spot reduce. Your genetic structure will determine where fat goes and where it'll leave first. If you want to lose fat, that requires cardio, if you're gaining weight by increasing fat, then you're going to get fat built up. The best way to gain weight is through muscle (plus muscle weighs more than fat). But again, if you're healthy, there's no reason to gain weight, if you're genetic structure says you should have a skinny frame, you're stuck with it! Unless you want to build up fat or you take the time to build lean muscle mass. So I'd suggest sticking to those squats, and if you're scared of building that fat, then do some running, burn the fat off, plus it'll build the musscles in your legs. If you're so skinny, the fat shouldn't be too hard to remove.

hey thanks for the responses.
I forgot to write down that I'm 5'1 so being 96 ibs is not that skinny at least on my frame or I guess I'm just proportion right. I just want to have bigger legs I have a big butt and thighs that's just the latin genes but I sure dont want to get cellulite. I'am very healthy I eat so much is not even funny and it takes me forever before I gain a pound. I'm not a junk food eater so much either so it's hard for me to get those
extra pounds. Yeah I was going to the gym but I have a baby a house and college to take care of so all I can do is do squats and little stuff when I have time. OHH its kinda hard to not care what I look like when I'm only 20 I care cause I want to keep myself happy and my man too. Well thanks for the advice. Karla
