I have been taking Megestrol for 2 months now for complex and simple hyperplasia without atypia. My weight is up by 12lbs. and my diet hasn't changed, except I'm watching carefully what I eat. Is anyone having similar issues and what are you doing to get the weight under control. Also, if you took Megestrol and then stopped did the weight come off?

Are there any other progestins to take that don't cause weight gain?
