I have a prickly sensation on the bottom of my big toe. It feels like a pin or a thorn puncture wound but there is no visible sign of any wound. If I walk across a hard surface bare foot it feels like something is peircing the skin. I have had this for months maybe over a year and I would like to know whats causing this.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?
