I'm asking Cojack because I believe he was the one that posted he used to be very tall and very thin and he has gained a lot of muscle. I am 6ft and 165lbs and I am desperate to put some muscle on... i have a lot of body esteem issues with this... I am using the website yourecommended (pumpingstation) and starting at the beginner level... I just have a few questions for you
- how long did it take you to make a noticable difference?
- how did you keep up even when it seemed like it wasn't working
- it is very difficult to eat so much protein...especially since i can't afford supplements/bars (im on a really tight budget right now)... how did you get all the protein in that youneeded?
Thanks.

- how long did it take you to make a noticable difference? a: around first couple months i put on like 20pounds. should aim for 10lbs a month 2-3 pounds a week.
- how did you keep up even when it seemed like it wasn't working? a: that's the thing, i knew it was working, that's y i continued to work that much harder. eateateat.
- it is very difficult to eat so much protein...especially since i can't afford supplements/bars (im on a really tight budget right now)... how did you get all the protein in that youneeded? a: i too am on a tight budget. the diet i mentioned in another thread cost me around $40 @costco. lasts me around 2weeks. pretty cheap i'd say
keep in mind that u will get a stomach. when your stomach starts pushing further then chest, this isn't good. really it's all about eating man. eat eat eat! i'm not one to sit down with a calculator and calculate ****. i ate what i thought was helping me gain the weight. i didn't go well,.....i need this many grams of protein or this amount of carbs. i knew if i ate and ate plenty. i'd see results. pfft, i bet i only get a 100 grams of protein in my diet a day. i lack protein which is prolly y i have more fat then muscle. but that's ok. i'm not looking to be Mr.Universe. hope that helped. peace out!
