When wanting to gain mass is it best that after my warm-up sets that I should do every rep till failure?

I don't think it's spelled right.

I think so. In Arnold Schwarzenegger's Encyclopedia
of Modern Bodybuilding, he suggests doing every single set to failure.

I've been doing that for the last 2 months, and I've gained a fair bit of strength. But I hope it's not overtraining if I keep it up.
