when running on a treadmill i seem to get fatigued after 15 minutes and i am not fat. i would like to last longer...up to an hour of continuous running its just that i get so tired and have to stop every so often are there any tricks to boost one's stamina?

Just keep at it and your stamina will gradually increase. You need to keep pushing your self though, so try to keep going a little longer each time.

Make sure you take in some complex carbs about an hour before you treadmill. Look at your diet to see if you are eating enough/+quality to fuel your workouts.
Before I go hiking I takedown about a cup of gatoraid-(simple carbs) and I can hike alot longer than w/o. But I would not use it as a primary source of carbs got a lot of sugar and candida albicans love it.
High protein diets can sap your energy.

i started taking creatine 3 weeks ago to help my lifting, but was surprised to see that it has increased my endurance while running. i don't know if you're looking to supplement or not, but it definitely made a difference for me.
