Just wanted to know how the Arginine supplementation went? Did you see any results? I started taking it but my supplements bill was getting silly so I had to drop a few.

I would say so far i have had *good* results. Its really hard to tell, as im taking it with creatine. I also just started a completely different workout (HST). I do however *feel* like its doing good, and i enjoy the nice pump it gives ya. Nothing solid i know, but theres my experiance =).

Might give it another go at some point. Think I'm doing ok on what I'm taking at the moment though so it'll have to wait. Where do you get your's from and for how much?

mine was an impulse buy at GNC. wouldnt recommend it, im sure you can find it much cheaper
