I'm taking Lisinopril for high blood pressure and it seems to give me a sore throat that just aches. I stopped taking this med for 5 days and it went away. I started it again and it happened again. Does anyone else have this side effect?

If I developed a sore throat while on lisinopril, I would immediately call my doctors' office right away as a sore throat could be an indication of an allergic reaction.

look up the side effects of this med. I take this med also and I have more side effects that a sore throat.

I know what you mean...lisinopril turned me into an invalid. I literally developed arthritis overnight. Thank goodness my pain and stiffness disappeared when I disco'd the med.
