for 2 days now i have felt this pressure in the center of my chest like my esophagus. and it is not like the normal feelings of acid reflux i have had. it is more like alot of pressure. it is more annoying than anything. i feel the need to burp all the time. i wake up in the morning and am burping and have done this for 2 days. i ate mexican food couple nights ago which was not good idea. i feel like if i could burp good it would better. the thing is i burp and it still feels like there is pressure in there. i am on 40 mg of nexium and it has been working so good now this. does anyone have this?

It will be hard to tell why you are doing this all the time. There could be a trigger food or drink that is causing this. For me, it was any carbonated beverage. I use to allow myself one can of diet coke per day and I burped all the time. I have now eliminated this from my diet and only drink water (and lots of it) with the very occasional starbucks. My burping problem is much, much better. Not gone completely but a thousands times better.
