Can someone here help me, I had some bloodwork done and my igm serum came back at 915, normal is something like 40-270,also the report says could be reactive inflammatory disorder but plasma cell disorder cannot be ruled out. I am now being referred to a hemotologist for further evaluation and I'm scared out of my mind. I was originally being tested for Lupus not cancer.
Anyone please shed some light here?
