I have spondylolthesis L1,L2. The bone specialist only did X-rays on me. He also told me I have scoliosis, AND that I was born with and xtra bone on my lower back. I had lots of pain but know the therapy has helped me alot. I've always done exercise but I was doing them wrong. My question is that I'm afraid to worsen my condition I was told I don't need surgery for now. But Im still scared. I have 3 little girls. 5,4,& 2yrs I know that scoliosis is genetic and that girls have a higher risk of getting it. What things should I do/avoid for my spondylolthesis? My back sometimes hurt while being intimit with my husband but I'm embarass to tell the doctor. Is there any position/s that I should avoid?
