Hello everyone,i just wanted to share my story with Isagenix.To start of i'am not going to try and sell anything so there for this is a real testimonial.I started using this product three days ago and i already have lost 4 pounds and about 3 inches i feel really good and the fasting was not bad at all,i still have 6 more days to go and i can only imagine how everything is going to turn out.Please if any one has anything positive to comment about the product it would be great for support.

I looked up the capsules and some the major ingredients that are in them I have been taking for years.

Like Chromium, White willow which is asprin,green tea, Inositiol, L-carnitine, cayenne pepper, ginseng and a few others. I take them daily in pill form with my lunch.

I can't say for sure or not if they work cause I've not stopped taking them in over 16 years to find out. I have nothing to compare it too.

About 17 years ago I was heavy into weight lifting and started studying all vitamins and minerals and such. Since then I have stopped started stopped and so on but I've never stopped the suplements.

To loose 4lb in 3 days is alot and unhealthy. I am thinking it was mostly water. For good health a pound a week is what's suggested.
