Just thought I’d check back in and let you know that it’s always great hearing from any of you. I must agree with everyone, we are the best resource for help.
It’s not that the doctors don’t want to, but if they had to research everyone’s problems there would be no time to practice medicine. We are the best research and referral system. Friends helping friends, and big thanks to Lenin and bethsheba.

I’ve spent a lot of time this week looking for herbal solutions to my bp problems.
I’m open to any kind of suggestions, especially when it comes to diuretics. I just can’t handle any of them. The HCTZ gives me red pimples on my legs that itch, even if I take 12.5mg a day. I’m really interested in giving it a try. And once again thanks for this board.
