My doctor just prescribed Merida to me @ dosage of 30mg a day. I am to take 2 x 15mg pills. Is this not a bit excessive?
Also he didnt state, nor does it on the bottle how to take them? ie - 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon. Or both in the morning?

Thank you. What exactly is Meridia supposed to do?
I had taken the original Trimspa at one time and it was working fantastic until they banned it. I dont think Meridia does anything like that though does it?
On a side note unfortunately i have about 150lbs to lose :( ( 36years old )
