I am having horrible indigestion today. I ate some ice cream last night before bed and I woke up this morning with these horrible nasty burps and a bad taste all together in my mouth and throat. My throat is sore too.
Well I am a bit nauseated but I am scared of throwing up.
I have had this fear since my indigestion problems started. I can't eat solid foods, they get stuck on the way down so now I have a huge fear that if I throw up, it will get stuck, whatever it is that I've eaten on the way up and I'll choke. I am also scared of all the acid thats in my stomach coming up and burning my throat too.

try and drink ginger tea... it rids me of nausea and the feeling of wanting to vomit... I too am scared to throw up.. i dont know why but it just feels terrible..:eek:
