Zantrex3-Relacore-Retiva - compo pilling -or singles ` anyone try any of these?
I have read multiple entries here but no one says they have tried the compo pilling - or put any reviews or input on Relacore or Retiva - I have only seen 4 feedbacks on Zantrex but the posts were older.
Anything New from anyone??? All input on any or all of the above would be helpful. Thank you so very much.

I tried the first 2 and they did not work. No OTC pill has worked for me since they banned Ephedrine.
I am not taking them to lose weight I take them to get a jump start at the gym in the mornings. They don't do diddly squat.

I am currently combo pilling Zantrex-3 and Relacore. I have feel completely normal with no trouble sleeping and no palpatations or anything like that. I have only been doing it once a day (I always forget to take more at lunch), and I've only been doing it for a week.
I will keep you posted. The scale said I lost 5 lbs....going from a whopping 147 to 142....but that could be regular fluctuations.
I'm hoping something works.

I started on yesterday with the Retiva and Relacore - I'll keep you posted as well - I would be extremely happy to drop 20 pounds - i do do exercise and eat healthy it is just these last 20 pounds that will not drop. I will keep you posted as well. I know every one works different and on different body types - so it will be interesting to see what, if any results are.

UPDATE.....I am still awaiting significant results. When the scale goes down....it could just be a result of normal weight fluctuations. THIS SUCKS! I am so mad at the FDA for doing nothing to help the overweight person who is not morbidly obese.

I wouldn't recommend taking OTC stuff. try Ephedrine, which is, btw, back on the internet. i also recommend: moderate weight lifting, taking raw, extra-virgin coconut oil, and doing a candida cleanse.

I have a healthier suggestion: that will work.
Instead of playing around with these otc which do nothing, my nutrishonist suggests the following, and it works wonders!...buy potassium(high potience/K form for better absorption) vitamin B complex 100mg, and I good multi vitamin.
Take 3 potassium in the am, 3 vit B am, 1 multi am, take three more potassium at lunch combined with mini meals throughout the day, no sugar, low salt, and tons of water......your body will thank you for the healthy approach and your energy and metablism will go through the roof.
You will be a burning machine..and the energy from the right vit and minerals will not have side effects. The vitamin B melts fat deposits.
