Hey girls,

So I was wondering if any of you out there had or has heard of anyone having really bad cramping around 8dpo. I am 8dpo today, and this afternoon, there's just this sharp cramping in my lower abdomen. They feel sort of like AF/gas cramps and I definitly feel bloated. It's way too early for AF, so I was just wondering if anyone has had this!

I totally had this last cycle. I started cramping exactly 8dpo and it felt just like AF was coming. It went away a couple days later and then came back. I thought maybe it was implantation cramps (if there is such a thing), but AF started right on time. I had a lap in Feb and had a cylce right after it and this last cycle was when I experienced the cramping so I am thinking it could be from that. I don't know, but I had exactly what you are talking about. I'm sorry this probably doesn't answer any questions. I am 10 days into my cyle and haven't ovulated yet. I'll let you know if I experience this again this cycle.

With reguards to your question on cramping:
i experienced cramping the day after insemination(yesterday)and still have it today,however i suffer from pco's and was told this pain is due to my body not being used to ovulating on its own(this is my 1st cycle of iui so not sure what to expect)not sure if this is something you suffer from.

Actually, I just posted a thread on this. I am 7 d/p/o. I have had this cramping to. I also have had constipation (tmi) which is not normal for me.

It does feel like a/f though! Crazy!
