i have acid reflux problems and for the last several months have been sleeping on 2 sometimes 3 pillows to help with reflux at night. but lately i feel short of breath when i lay down flat and even when on 2 pillows. for the last few nights i have basically been sleeping sitting up and am tired of it. would the acid reflux be causing me to be short of breath almost suffocating feeling when laying down flat?

it could be the swollen tummy crowding your chest when u lie down... try sleeping on your left side I read it helps alot of people here and personally it does me too... also try inhaling those vaporubs it helps..
