I wear a D cup bra, but my breast are different sizes, they both fit the D cup though but its pretty noticable, espically to me. I try really hard to accept it but when i wanna go swimming or a lowcut dress i feel really weird. should i consider getting cosmetic surgery on them, is it even worth it?

That's a decision only you can make, how bad it bothers you etc.

Hi Kirsten

I had noticable asymmetry in my boobs and I was an A cup on one side and B cup on the other. Although I wore a B cup bra the A cup side didn't fill it properly - but it was a padded bra so under clothes it wasn't too bad. Trouble was it used to bother me ALOT. It was only when we had our holiday photographs back there were shots of me coming out of the pool in a bikini (that had gone see-through!) that I realised how bad it was. I had surgery to correct mine and am now a DD/E cup and they are both the same size. Nearly every woman has a slight asymmetry but it doesn't bother some people and isn't as noticable on some as it is on others. Thing is it bothered me so much that it became a psychological issue.

The surgery is a big decision and you must do it for you. My boyfriend loved me the way I was and wasn't bothered if I had surgery or not but I was bothered by it and I do feel so much better for it, my confidence has soared and I feel more 'complete'. But it is down to you at the end of the day, no-one can make such a big decision for you.

Good luck
Babe xx
