I'm about 5"6ish, 130lbs. I don't necessarily want to lose weight, but I would like to lose some of the fat and gain more muscle. What's the best way to get a flatter stomach? Also, I can't seem to tone my thighs for the life of me...anyone know how to get rid of cellulite?

Ever heard of liposuction or lifes-a-sucttion...
Nah ''...;) just exercise your little heart out dear and maybe do some sit-ups everynight, pilates are good for tonning, even try arobics...that will tighten you up or flatten you out one of the two...:)
the best advise I can give you is eat healthy and exercise, the sit-ups will tighten up your mid sec, but you have to give it time like 4 or 5 weeks sometimes longer.
