I have low blood pressure, usually around 90/60. Whenever I exert myself a lot, like riding my bike or exercising in any way, cleaning my house, etc., I get extremely woozy and lightheaded and my blood pressure goes up to normal, like 128/75. My heartrate goes up to 120 to 140. It also happens when I drink alcohol. The thing is though that I feel very BAD when this happens, and it doesn't fade away when I stop exerting myself- I have to lie down for several hours before I can walk and do stuff again.
Is this normal? Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

It sounds like your body is much happier at 90/60.
No, it's not normal to get so whalloped by exercise...alcohol, maybe.;)

My guess would be that your problems are due, in part, to Metabolic Syndrome.
