I'm a 21 year old male, 6'2", 220 lbs, with approximately 17% bodyfat.
I'm active in softball and basketball and run and/or bike at least 3 or 4 days a week.
In addition to that what can I do to either lose some bodyfat or increase tone? I want to "firm up" for the summer sports season.

Ya....to get toned you should do cardio 3 or 4 times a week as well as weight train. Research some fullbody workouts or circuit training on the net. A circuit routine will help you build some muscle as well as burn alot of fat. With this combination you should be well on your way.

Your cardio sounds good so add some weight lifting in there. But since i'm building to be a marathon runner, i just say work on cardio 6 days a week! :-P But get a weight lifting program of course ;)

You can't lost fat AND gain muscle. You have to choose on goal. It sounds as though your weight isn't very much above your ideal weight range so I would recommend trying to gain muscle. To do that, as the others have suggested, you need to pick up some weight training. You are not currently doing any reistance training at all.
