Hope all is well! I have not been on in a couple of days-

Question...

I am 7 d/p/o. I have had this cramping for 2 days now--lower cramping.
Have any of you girls had this couple days after O?

It almost feels like af cramps. Very strange.

Also I am not sure if you read my other thread, but I have had constipation which is not normal for me.

Are these signs of Pregnancy or am I over reacting?

I am also 7dpo and am experiencing sore/tender breasts but no cramps however i did get cramping for two days after insemination.And altho i hope with all my heart you are pregnant dont get too excited just yet.
Any other symptoms?
Ive heard fresh pineapple juice is full of selenuim and is great for the implantation process all kinds of nuts help too.
When will you test then?
