Hi I'm a 17 year old Male that weights about 150lbs and I'm planning on going on the "Atkins" workout plan (just eating Protein and working-out, no carbs at all) and I'm wondering if I should go on this plan at this age? and what other suppliments should I decide in using? I'm also planning on getting "rip" so the more advice on different exercises the best for me.......Thank you

Your a buck fifty and you want to use the atkins diet? How tall are you? At 150, wouldn't you want to beef up a little?

Anyway, the atkins diet is simply some short term solution which I'm not really a big fan of. Its a lot harder to follow through with than you think.

If you do indeed want to lose weight, I can't imagine that you'd want to lose a lot so just take the simple cardio and clean diet route.

It is a foolish and naive choice to try fad diets before doing the simple things like exercise and good diet.

By "ripped" are you wanting to gain muscle or shed some bf or what? Be more specific so people can help you out better.

Sorry about using slang...when I say "ripped" I mean I want to gain muscules to grow and will SHOW. I'm 150lbs at the height of 5"9. Also should I start using Creatine Liquids before my workouts?

You can only realy do one thing at a time: loose fat or gain muscle. If you want to gain significant muscle you need to be eating high numbers of healthy calories. If you want to loose fat, you need to eat less calories than you burn, hence the two aren't realy compatable.
As far as Creatine Liquids go, if you're talking about Creatine Serum, don't bother. There's very little creatine in it and a load of stimulants instead. Stick to a high quality powder. Infact, make sure your diet is in order first.
