right now i use 10lb and 5lb. i can use the 10lb easy.
i could do 10reps of 10lbs each hand and 10push ups between each time i use the 10lb. should i try getting a 20lb ? or more ?

How bout some input about yourself and your goals before I can help....like your age, weight, sex, height, and your goals. All that info will help myself give you the near to perfect answer.
im not like a crazy weight training fanatic but i started cause i had shoulder problems from a injury.
im 14. around 5'6 120lb. i just wanna get more shoulder muscle and bigger arms
oh and also im a male. when i workout right after im done is it a good idea to eat a whole meal or just drink some shakes and take vitamins ?
