is a well balanced diet a must when weight training. i usually eat whatever after i work out. what foods should i be eating ? i usually eat food that is oily.
Is it ok to workout like 5-10minutes after you finish a meal ? usually after i workout and eat im not tired anymore and can do more excerises and weights.

Does any one know a good way to do sit ups at home with out the weight training equiment and stuff ? im not a serious body builder just want firm muscles and bigger arms.

Well, the short answer is that you will get out of it what you put into it. If you want great results, you need great effort and great food. Crappy food and sloppy effort leads to little or no results.

If you're just playing around with weight training, then your eating plan won't matter much. However, if you are doing a serious workout your body needs proper fuel to support it.

You can train abs almost anywhere. Just do a variety of crunches on the floor. Grab something heavy if you need additional resistance.
