Hey...Im 6'3 240lbs with about 18%bf. I've been bulking for about 7 months now...(I hate cardio and dieting) lol ...and i firgue thats it about time to start a bulking/cutting cycle. I'm going to start doing cardio three times a week and start dieting.

I was wondering how many calories I should consume to get my bodyfat percentage down to 10%??.....

...and how long will it take to achieve this??

Are you sure 10% is healthy? I don't know the suggested ranges for men, but that sounds really low?

For weight loss, you should aim for maybe 2400 calories and for weight gain 2880. (10 times and 12 times your weight).

Or, you could start a food journal to determine how much you're eating now and how much you're "bulking". Then, start subtracting.

For men, 10% is fine. Man can go down to about 3%, but that is dangerous. About 6% is the minimum I'd go down to. Pro bodybuilders generally won't even go lower than this.

anywhere from 2400 to 2800, depending on your metabolism and the intensity and frequency of your cardio

Hello, You have to count grams of fat as well as calories to figure out the percentage of fat you are accually taking in. Keep in mind that 1 gram of fat is worth 9 calories. The amount of calories you should take in depends on a lot of factors such as age, activity level, hieght, and recommended weight. I'm sure someone on here has a good formula to figure it all out. I just have a book with a table, so mine is already figured out for me.
