I have a dance in a month and i need to work on my stomach, thighs(hips), and shoulders(there not that bad but they need some work).Does anyone know any exercises that will give quick results?

Do you mean to build muscle or lose fat? There's no real "quick fix" either way, but there are things you can do to to get the best possible results.
