Dont get me wrong...i'm 5'4'', and about 120lbs, i dont think i'm fat, but i have big fat thighs!! I hate it because when i go try to buy a new pair of pants they are always so tight around my thighs, but fit perfect around my waist.
I'm a competitive cross-country runner, running an average of about 4 to 6 miles a day! I also run middle distance in track, AND i am also a competitive swimmer! Now i know my thighs are a little muslcley, but its just my inner upper thighs witch is my problem area! Its soooooo faaaaaaaatttttt, i dont understand how i could be working out this much and still have this fat on my thighs hanging around. i want my thighs to be skinny and lean!!! please help someone, what else do i need to do????

Well, to firm the area, I guess you could lift weights in a way that targets the area (adductors, I think?).
Otherwise, you either have to get your body fat % down lower (lose more fat) or just learn to love them. Its probably your bodies first fat storage place (the first to gain; the last to lose).
Congrats on being so active! I'm sure that all of you, even your inner thighs, is beautiful!

As someone told me, inner thighs = fat. You may not be overweight but you probably have a higher than needed percentage of body fat and as the previous poster said, inner thighs must be your particular area that gets fat first and loses fat last. Squats will take care of the inner thigh muscle but only fat loss will cause the thighs to look slimmer. It appears as though you already do a lot of cardio so perhaps caloric deficiency (diet) will do the trick.

True, you cannot spot reduce.
If the rest of you is just as you wish it to be and you're as fit as you'd like, then liposuction is the best solution to get rid of that "one problem area" when the rest of the surrounding area is fine.

None of these gadgets work as well as a simple squat. Most don't work at all. That's why you find them at garage sales. Enough said.
