Does anybody have this problem?

Ever since my last cold which was over 4 months ago I've had what seems like chronic sinusitis. And without fail EVERYDAY between 4pm-5pm my nose gets blocked up and I have to use sinus nasal spray in order to breath again. I'm 27, live in Miami, FL and never had this problem up until now. Not sure what I'm allergic to, what to take besides nasal spray (dont want to get addicted to that). Just wondering if anybody else has ever experienced the same thing and figured out what the cause was? Any input would be wonderful. Thanks:cool:

Try a nasal wash, all the doctors I've seen have recommended it. Have you thought about trying an allergy meds? OTC's or even getting rx ones.
