Sponsor Spoonybard 04-03-2007, 04:59 PM Hi, I have not used sinucleanse, but I do use a product called NeilMed Sinus Rinse Kit ( REMOVED ) . Instead of a Neti-Pot, you use a squirt bottle to rinse out your sinuses. You put either distilled water brought up to lukewarm temperature or boiled water brought down to lukewarm temperature. They have individual packets of a salt-like powder that you mix with the water. You then bend your head over the sink and squirt the water gently up one nostril till it comes out the other side and then you repeat for the other nostril. After using it tip your head to the side to let the excess water drain out and then blow your nose. Make sure the water isn't too warm otherwise it will feel like you sucked water up your nose when you go swimming. Hope this helps. |
