Hi there
I have a question about bulking up.
What does it actually mean? Get bigger muscle wise. Also I have been looking at a supplement called nLarge2 it contains much more protein than my protein powder atm and has vitamins too. Which one would be best for me?? Im 17 male 10 stone and my goals are to be a bodybuilder in time to come. And I have a hard time on putting on mass.
Thanks for reading this post.

Bulking is putting on more muscle and to do that you need to get in more overall calories (as well as heavy lifting, obviously). Optimally, just _enough_ protein and _tons_ of carbs with some healthy fats. The nLarge2 is probably a weight gainer, so check out the difference in calories and carbs from your protien powder. If you are having a hard time putting on muscle, a weight gainer is a much better idea than protein alone. Especially right after a workout. But eating more in general should help you out.

N2Large is high in Protein and Calories. Very good for adding bulk, but you must eat your 6 meals a day and stay away from bad fats. I used it for about 2 months only taking one shake a day and gained about 25 lbs while working out 3 days a week. As with anything results vary greatly, but make sure you don't skip any meals or workouts. And make sure your workouts are intense, so that you will build bulk and not fat :P Anyway Good luck.
The stones around my house are all different weights so I am real confused. I hope that is not Kidney stones :D
