Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows how to increase a workout without increasing the time of the workout? I've stopped sweating during my regular workouts, so I thought maybe I need to somehow increase the level of difficulty. I'm not trying to loose weight, just trying to keep my good looking body. I exercise for 45-60 min. per night. I alternate my nights to vary my routines. One night I kick box, do free wieghts, and aerobics. The next night is just aerobics to give my muscles a rest. Thank you.

Are you using videos? If so, buy a new one. Just following different moves will break things up a bit. With free weights, change around which moves you use.

Try something new or increase the intensity. If your body has adapted to your routine, you need to change it. Try running or jogging or stationary bike or elip machine or jump rope or a higher intensity aerobics routine.

Hello, Thanks all. Increasing the intensity makes sense. Maybe if I speed up or add a jump rope sounds good. I am having trouble finding videos with a heavier workout than the ones I've got. It just seems that none of them are making me sweat anymore, so the variety is already there. The I use 10 and 20 lbs. sets of bumbbells. (5 lbs. in each hand, then sitch to 10 lbs. in each hand.)I also have a Versa lift.
