Hi. I just started doing my new Windsor Pilattes tapes 2 days ago, and boy am I feeling it. The first day I did the basics, learning how to do the exercises. And followed that up by doing the 20 minute workout. Last night I did the accelerated workout. My question is this...I feel the workouts in my legs, toosh, and tummy, but none in my arms. I really need to get my arms in shape, too. Does the pilattes target arms, too, and I'm just not feeling it? Or should I add some arm exercises in with this workout?
