I have been wanting to increase the size of my lips but not with fillers because I have Lupus. Has anyone had good or bad experience with this procedure?

I have heard some PS's say good to do and some say that the fat can calcify and get hard so I was wanting to get personal experiences. I know their are other surgeries for the lips such as lip lifts did you check about those?
