I have been ttc for 3 cycles but for the past 7/8 months have had extreamly long cycles wich i think may cause a problem with ttc, im just gona see if it has any improvment at all, what the hell it carn't do any harm and its soooooo relaxing!!!! Does anyone else have any comments good or negative? im gona keep you posted to find out if i notice any difference :)

Hello! I don't know anything about reflexology, but I agree that it sure can't hurt anything. It would be worth a shot, and if nothing else the relaxation would be good! Keep us posted! :)

hi Scooby, is this like accupunture? I have not heard of it before but eager to know more so we will wait for your feedback soon.

Hi Scooby
I think when it comes to IF anything is worth a go - and the less invasive the better! I'll be interested in hearing how it goes so keep us posted.

Hi Scooby,
I did try reflexology but only for 2 cycles - i also hear that it can definitely help with cycle regularity and really this is why i stopped. Ovulating doesn't seem to be my problem, and I noticed that it changed what is actually a regular cycle - i think it is really quite powerful and if cycle length and ovulation are your issues I would definitely give it a try - good luck!

Hi i don't think it as powerful as accupuncture, it works with pressure rather than needles! but its based on a similar idea.
The way i understand its like your feet and hands are like a map of your body so working on the different parts of your feet represent different parts of your boby eg.reproductive organs, bowel, stomach, spine, shoulders (anything you can think of) if you go to health spas they see it more of just a foot massage rather than a health treatment so its best to go to someone that takes it seriously!
I really hope it works but will keep you posted:)

Well i had my first session last wednesday it was soooo relaxing!
i'm so far on cd28 and i don't think i have ovulated yet but obviously far too soon to have an effect yet (if it was going too) i did suspect it was going to be another long cycle from day 1, i can just tell!!!
I think maybe its best to start the reflexology on a fresh cycle but anyway i wish i would just hurry up and ovulalate! i think i noticed some fertile cm today so hopefully its going to be any day now
