I woke up with an excruciatingly awful stomach flu this morning. By coincidence, I happened to already have a doctor's appointment. Well this morning the doctor asked me if I was having any headaches or vomiting along with the nausea, weakness, and dizziness. At ten am I told her no because I wasn't.

But later in the day my head started hurting and now it hurts pretty bad, and I threw up three times. I can't get back in to see the doctor for weeks. What was she looking for when she asked me about headache and vomiting?

My son-in-law had the same symptoms you are experiencing now and had the flu.

If you are still feeling these symptoms after a day or so, I would definitely call my doctor and see what you need to do.

Hope you soon feel better!

hi wholegrain,

i've had the stomach flu before, and i don't think that that's what you have. normally, with the stomach flu, you'd experience nausea and vomiting within the first couple of hours you get it. you should maybe call the doctor and tell her/him your new symptoms. or you can go to this website and see if it helps in any way. and see if there are any home remedies that you could do to make yourself feel better.

get better soon! try drinking 7up for the stomach pain. MIGHT help.
