I'm eating frosted mini wheats at night because they have fiber and the milk has protein so I figure that will keep me full until I go to sleep. But I'm getting hungry at night! I usually wake myself up from bed around 10 or 11 because I can't sleep with this hunger feeling in my stomach. So what else is good to eat around 7:30pm that won't leave you hungry around bedtime.

hello! i'm just about to post a similar post about livening up my breakfast options!

in the evening i usually drink a glass of milk and have a couple of banana's, or i have a bowl of cereal... i try not to have the frosted ones though or add sugar, cos i know what i'm like! if i let a little added sugar back in i'll be overdosing on it! i also try too drink one or two pints of water early evening and when i stick to this drinking method its very rare i need to eat anything at all that night!

hope this helps x

I like fat free sugar free pudding ,use fat gree milk (I like banana pudding) and I crush up a graham cracker in it. I am an ice creamaholic so I replaced it with the pudding it is actually very yummy. My husband is eating now too.It keeps me very satisfied until breakfast.

Cottage cheese! It's high in protein and digests slowly so it keeps you full longer. A lot of athletes and body builders do this to keep the protein up but it's good for dieting too!

I always take a big orange to bed with me. It's a ritual, and I have to share it with my dog.
