I am 5'4" and have been for quite a while. I'm attempting to stop bulemia. I have had it for about 4ish years.

I'm trying to recover by my own but I relapsed pretty badly. I haven't gotten my period this month yet. Is it possible that when I started puking again I lost my period?
Please help me. I'm open to any advice or critism. Thank you!!

I assume you are not on birth control pills? Because pill periods are a completely different type of period from an actual period that results after ovulation. If you have lost or gained weight rapidly recently, that can cause your period to become irregular. The same goes for the vomiting, it can cause your period to be irregular or even go away completely. Any little stress on your body can delay your period. For example, minor illness (just a swollen lymph node and tiredness, not even a fever) has delayed my period by over a week in the past. Even stress or anxiety can delay your period, too. It could be a combination of the purging and stress/anxiety.
Are you in therapy? If not, you should definitely consider it (particularly cognitive behavior therapy). I'd also look at getting a registered dietician and a psychiatrist. Some of these things can be too overwhelming to attempt completely on your own.
